I included the statement to see the test if it's working and it is!!! Now I have a another problem the alerts don't stop coming even if I hashed # out of the snort.conf file. -

I can't You are not allowed to use that image extension on this community. when I try I'm talking about main console it shows TCP (99%) UDP (0%) and ICMP (0%) -
Why there are not showing UDP and ICMP ports in Traffic Profile by Protocol ?

I found the mistake now it works thanks -
I installed with the guide the winidsand it seems that everything works fine except when I get in browser to see the console it's just a blank page no errors nothing please help
