Not able to create Snort System Databases in MySQL

Hello,

I'm following the tutorial to install WinSnort on Windows 7 x64. I've reached the part "Configuring the MySQL Database Server". When I try creating the snort database it does not seem to take the command when I tap the 'Enter' key as shown below.
